About the Owner / Richard Riggs
I started with Country Wood Works doing outside sales in 2002. My background was selling hardwood lumber and plywood, and coming on with Country Wood Works, I was able to match species for remodeling projects and increase the list of products we offered our clients.
In 2007, I became owner of Country Wood Works and quickly added the "Wood Floors & More" to the name. People were constantly asking what we do.
My passion is working with builders and architects throughout the selection process of floor, wall and ceiling wood products. I love the fact that every project is unique and has its own design and supply needs.
I live in Sugar Hill with my beautiful wife and 4 amazing daughters. We worship and serve at Sugar Hill Church. We've found it important to be a part of our community.
